16/01/2012 Excellent meal - first class service
Today my wife and I had lunch at the Grangemoor as part of a group; Maidstone Model Engineering Society, and I felt that I should write a personal note to thank you for an excellent meal and a first class service. The roast was served piping hot, just the way it should be. I am sure that many other members of the group were equally impressed.
It seems all to often that I have to complain, sometimes in restaurants, about quality of products or service, so it really is refreshing to have good reason to express appreciation which I ask you to pass on to all the staff involved.

Absolutely Wonderful Christmas Day

I am writing on behalf of my mum, dad and myself to thank you for an absolutely wonderful Christmas Day Lunch. The attention to detail and the service was excellent from the minute we walked through the door, Nicola our assigned waitress could not do enough to make sure we had a special time ensuring we paced ourselves and did not feel rushed through the courses, nothing was too much trouble and she did it with a lovely smile. The entire room was attractively decorated, every table had an abundance of xmas party poppers etc. I liked the idea of the tied menu on the table too. The food was mouthwateringly good and the presentation excellent. A lovely touch when all the staff sang to the guests. This was a first visit for us but it will not be our last we were delighted with the quality, service and cost. For many years as a family we have eaten out on both Xmas Day and Boxing Day always at prestigious Hotels such as The Hilton, Spa at Tunbridge Wells, Bromley Court Hotel, Eastwell Manor and the Thistle to name just afew, even this year we went to the Tudor Marriott on Boxing Day, but we want to let you know that your lunch and service surpassed all of these in our eyes. Thanks for a lovely party on 23rd december -- all our guests have said it was the best xmas do they'd ever been to. Food was excellent and service superb.

Hi there
Could you please pass on my grateful thanks for the wonderful lunch
yesterday. I have had some really good feedback from my members and wanted
to pass on my thanks to all the staff involved in the event, it was really
appreciated. The setup of the room was much better than in the past and the
food was fantastic! Many thanks once again. I will be in contact in early
May requesting a sample menu for our July luncheon and will look forward to
seeing you then.
